The OPS is seeking a Deputy Minister of Transportation, with proven strategic and innovative thinking to drive change, improve outcomes and achieve greater efficiencies for the people of Ontario. This role demands a proven track record of executive leadership, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and the ability to foster effective public-private partnerships. Ideal candidates will demonstrate entrepreneurial vision, innovative thinking, and deep credibility with stakeholders across transportation sectors. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and change leadership capabilities are essential to drive performance, improve outcomes, and lead in complexity.
