How You'll Contribute
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our project teams from planning through completion. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field crews, and our corporate departments to ensure projects remain organized, well-documented, and operating efficiently. Based in Cranbrook, BC, you'll spend most of your time supporting project operations from the office while occasionally visiting project sites to stay connected with field activities and support our operations teams.
What You'll Get to Do
Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish
Support project planning activities, including coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials Help maintain clear communication between field operations, management, clients, and support departments Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking Participate in internal and client project meetings as required Visit project sites periodically to support field teams and gather project information Keep Projects Organized Manage daily project time entries and production reporting Assist with project cost tracking, invoicing preparation, purchase order monitoring, and project reporting Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized electronic and physical project records throughout the project lifecycle Help Build Strong Teams Coordinate staffing requests with Operations and communicate hiring needs to Human Resources Support communication regarding employee leave, attendance, and workforce planning Provide administrative support that helps project teams remain focused on successful project delivery Contribute Wherever Needed Assist with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities that support operational success and continuous improvement

You Have
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with field personnel, management, clients, and vendors The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Experience preparing reports and maintaining organized project documentation A proactive attitude with strong initiative and attention to detail High integrity, professionalism, and accountability Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic The ability to communicate clearly through both written and verbal communication Working knowledge of heavy civil construction and/or mining operations is considered an asset
Requirements
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract Ability to travel occasionally to active project sites Industry-related certifications may be required depending on project requirements
