About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Salesforce CPQ to support the expansion of Salesforce solutions across different business units in North America.
Our client already has a mature Salesforce environment, with teams working on the platform for over three years, and is now expanding its capabilities across multiple brands in Canada and the United States.
This role will be responsible for driving projects related to Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful delivery, alignment between business and technical teams, and continuous improvement of the platform.
What are we looking for?
Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce CPQ implementation and expansion projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning to execution. Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Manage stakeholder expectations, support decision-making processes, and facilitate problem-solving. Represent the project in strategic meetings, providing updates and positioning key decisions. Coordinate activities across development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Support roadmap planning and backlog prioritization together with Product Owners and business teams. Ensure solutions meet customer expectations and contribute to a high-quality user experience. Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements. Support vendor management and evaluate external partners according to project needs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) concepts and processes. Experience managing Salesforce implementation, expansion, or transformation projects. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in multicultural and international environments. English proficiency required. Based in Canada or the United States.
Nice To Have
Salesforce certifications. Experience with Salesforce ecosystem integrations. Previous experience supporting global Salesforce rollouts. Background in enterprise-level projects.
Who is Insi?
We are a consulting firm specialized in digital evolution. But above all, we are a company of people. People who listen before proposing. Who focus on what truly matters before presenting solutions. Who measure success by what has genuinely changed, not simply by what has been implemented.
With more than three decades of history and a global presence, we believe that true transformation begins within: within people, teams, and organizations — and this conviction guides every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every person we develop.
Why build your career at Insi?
Because here, you think, decide, and create together. We offer autonomy, clear goals, and an environment where Insiders have the opportunity to engage with different technologies, take part in challenging projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and (why not?) the world.
We are recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil by Great Place to Work and are among the top 10 employers in Brazil according to TIME magazine.
Our Values
We are people serving people
