Infosys is seeking aTechnical Architectwith experience on Oracle CX Cloud including implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder and Oracle Integration Cloud.

TheTechnical Architectis responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day support operations, managing a team of support analysts/engineers, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high service availability. The role focuses on incident management, stakeholder communication, SLA adherence, continuous process improvement, and coordination with cross‑functional teams such as Development, Product Vendor and Business Operations.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Required Qualifications:

• This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

• At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, and related technologies

• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.

• Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, Scheduling and Field service execution.

• Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics.

• Experience of Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.

• Knowledge of Webservices based integration

• PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perform role of a Technical Architect at onsite / onshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.

• Good Analytical and Communication skills

• Strong knowledge of application support, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work under pressure during outages.

• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
