Le rôle d'un Assistant ·rice des achats médias, est de soutenir l'équipe dans la maintenance et la documentation des achats de média du client, ainsi que d'aider l'acheteur à préparer les données pour l'achat et l'évaluation subséquente des campagnes.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous devez travailler au sein d'une équipe intégrée d'investissement dans les média afin de vous assurer que le produit est fondé sur des connaissances et une expérience, ce qui se traduit par des exécutions médiatiques sans faille.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Aider les acheteurs à exécuter leurs campagnes.
  • Télécharger les achats de médias et suivez les modifications avec un haut niveau de précision.
  • Aider à la préparation des estimations de facturation des clients et des rapprochements.
  • Aider à résoudre et à effacer les écarts de facturation et les requêtes en temps opportun.
  • Préparer et envoyer des listes de stations et assurer la liaison avec l'équipe de la circulation au besoin.
  • Travailler avec les partenaires média pour s'assurer que toutes les informations pertinentes sont obtenues afin de maintenir des achats de média précis.
  • S’assure que les informations sur les factures sont collectées et faites un suivi auprès des fournisseurs externes pour recueillir les informations manquantes.
  • Tenir à jour avec précision les dossiers du système et des clients.
  • Assister à des séminaires et à des présentations à l'intention des média, au besoin.
  • Développer des compétences avec les outils et les systèmes de recherche liés aux média.
  • Développer de manière proactive la connaissance du paysage médiatique.

Compétences et expériences souhaitées:

  • Une formation professionnelle ou académique en marketing ou en publicité donnerait un effet de levier à cette application.
  • Désir motivé de se développer et d'exceller dans une carrière médiatique.
  • Orienté vers le service à la clientèle.
  • Sens professionnel, analytique et financier.
  • Approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes, de l'aide à l'équipe, du développement personnel, etc.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale).
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration et de manière indépendante.
  • Compétences organisationnelles très développées avec un grand souci du détail et de la précision.
  • Excellente capacité à gérer et à prioriser efficacement le temps.
  • Agilité d'apprentissage professionnel, avec une passion pour le développement continu.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).

Position Summary:

The role of an Assistant, Media Buying is to support the team with the maintenance and documentation of the client’s media buys, as well as to assist the Buyer in preparing data for the purchase and subsequent evaluation of campaigns.

This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media investment team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Buyers with campaign execution.
  • Upload media buys and track changes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of client billing estimates and reconciliations.
  • Assist in solving and clearing billing discrepancies and queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send out station lists and liaise with traffic team as required.
  • Work with media partners to ensure all relevant information is obtained in order to maintain accurate media buys.
  • Ensure invoice information is collected, and follow up with external suppliers to gather missing information.
  • Accurately maintain system and client records.
  • Attend media seminars and presentations as required.
  • Develop proficiency with media-related tools and research systems.
  • Proactively develop knowledge of the media landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
  • Driven desire to develop and excel in a media career.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Professional analytical and financial acumen.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Professional learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
