Responsibilities Efficiently manage the incoming and outgoing flow of tires and wheels Excel in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and movement throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area, contributing to the overall organization of the store's warehouse Prepare inventory for monthly counts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Valid driver’s license Prioritize safety, including wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (tires experience a plus) Attention to detail in checking orders, labeling, and inspecting goods for damage Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining records, and coordinating shipments Kal Tire uses AI tools to support parts of recruitment, including but not limited to job posting and pre-screening.
