Work mode: hybrid, 3 days onsite minimum
The Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for managing, auditing, and validating technical and configuration data for our aerospace client’s operations. This role ensures compliance of technical deliverables, traceability of changes, and continuous improvement of configuration management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits on engineering data sets (MODSUM/EDRN/NIEO) in Datalink, ENOVIA, SAP systems.
- Manage and close change requests (DQDRFC) and incident logs.
- Validate and publish technical documentation and engineering reports.
- Manage document number reservations and ensure data transfer.
- Prepare and publish Engineering Configuration Statements (ECS), configuration lists (CCL, CMSL), and audit reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration tools and processes.
- Meet performance indicators (FTR >98%, OTD >95%) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in configuration management, data management, or technical engineering.
- Proficiency with Datalink, ENOVIA, SAP, CATIA V5, Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Availability for occasional travel and flexible work hours as needed.
