The Senior Delivery Lead is a strategic delivery professional responsible for leading Architech's most important AI, automation, cloud, and modern engineering programs. You own end-to-end delivery outcomes of a $3–5M annual portfolio, ensuring high client satisfaction, strong delivery margin, and the successful implementation of AI-powered solutions.

This role requires a seasoned operator who excels in environments with high autonomy and minimal oversight, and who can confidently guide executive stakeholders through AI adoption, transformation, and sustained delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery Ownership & Commercial Accountability

• Lead delivery across a $3–5M annual portfolio, ensuring margin, quality, predictability, and client satisfaction targets are met.
• Serve as the delivery partner for executive stakeholders, shaping program strategy and AI-enabled operating models.
• Drive commercial health: forecasting accuracy, change control, risk mitigation, and expansion of follow-on work tied to measurable outcomes.

AI-Driven Delivery Excellence

• Deliver AI solutions across a range of implementation types — such as LLM integrations, workflow automation, agent-based systems, RAG-enabled applications, and AI-powered product enhancements. Candidates are expected to have hands-on delivery experience in a meaningful subset of these areas.
• Guide clients through AI readiness, responsible AI guardrails, and operationalization, including monitoring, evaluation cycles, and continuous optimization.
• Introduce and champion AI-accelerated delivery practices, including spec-driven development, generative engineering workflows, and automation-based SDLC efficiency.

Program Leadership & Scalable Governance

• Own program governance structures (steering committees, executive updates, KPI dashboards) with a focus on outcomes and clarity.
• Manage multi-team programs with an emphasis on risk anticipation, dependency management, and proactive mitigation.
• Maintain stable delivery environments even within AI-centric experimentation or high-ambiguity contexts.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Mentor delivery professionals in AI-enabled delivery, modern engineering practices, and executive-ready communication.
• Foster a culture rooted in innovation, responsible AI adoption, continuous improvement, and client value creation.

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years leading delivery of complex cloud, data, or software solutions in consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering $3-5M+ annually with minimal governance/oversight while meeting margin, client, and delivery KPIs.
• Handson AI implementation experience in any combination of LLM, ML, automation, agent workflows, RAG, or AI powered- applications.
• Experience leading delivery teams/programs in a services environment with executive level- client exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, margin management, SOW structuring, change control, and tangible value identification.
• Deep understanding of enterprise Agile frameworks, modern engineering workflows, and adapting them for rapid AI experimentation and iteration.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex information for senior audiences.
• Certifications in project management or agile.

Assets

• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or automation.
• Experience implementing AI readiness assessments, RAII guardrails, and operational AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with spec driven development, autonomous workflows, and AI- -accelerated SDLC practices.
