National Car Rental in Lethbridgeis seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join their team as a Part-Time Rental Agent!The successful candidate will work only on weekends (each Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00am to 2:00pm, making this the perfect opportunity to earn extra income as a secondary job or while going to school. There is opportunity to work additional hours Monday through Friday during the summer months.
What You’ll Do:
- Take reservations for vehicle rental needs and explain rental fees, availability, policies and procedures
- Prepare and complete paperwork accurately
- Process payments and recommend additional insurance and products that come with the vehicle rental
- Check mileage and damage inspection when vehicles are returned
- Perform general Reception duties such as answering phones and assisting customers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service setting and/or administrative setting with a positive attitude to deliver a great customer experience
- Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- High school diploma and valid driver’s license
