**Summary of Position:**The Service Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting Service customers with the warmest welcome, maintaining the flow of vehicles in the Drive-Thru and lot area, and using the highest courtesy to park customers’ and courtesy vehicles.

KPIs:

  • Ensures all cars are cleaned thoroughly with appropriate cleaning products
  • It is always courteous and professional when interacting with customers, greeting all customers promptly and making sure that they are always given great service
  • Ensures customers’ needs are addressed while coordinating their Service Appointment
  • Customers’ vehicles, ROs, and keys are accurately matched
  • Ensures customers are transferred to advisors within 15 minutes of arrival or otherwise keeps them informed of waiting time
  • Treats vehicles and customer’s personal belongings with integrity – items are not touched or removed from the vehicle and settings are not changed or are returned to original settings
  • Always drives safely and has zero car accidents

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Wash and clean the exterior and interior of customer vehicles that are in for servicing

  • Meets and greets all customers as they arrive in the Drive-Thru/Service Reception in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain cleanliness of service wash bay

  • Checks-in customers for appointments then directs to appropriate service advisor, service coordinator, or lounge

  • Identify and report vehicle damage before washing vehicles

  • Maintains the flow of traffic in the Drive-thru area and drive customers’ cars to the backlot

  • Does vehicle walkarounds with customers when they initially drop off their vehicles

  • Communicates with service wash staff and service advisors in order to coordinate vehicle handoff and pickup, decreasing delays for customers

  • Keeps backlot of service vehicles organized

  • Maintains, coordinates and cleans the Drive-Thru area as needed

  • Performs customer shuttle and valet service

  • Washes and vacuums customers’ vehicles as part of service promise

  • Re-supplies refreshments in Drive Thru and Customer Lounge (i.e. Water, coffee)

  • Adheres to Company Uniform Policy

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Professional communicator
  • Valid Drivers’ License with clean driving abstract (Class 5 required for Valet)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Environment:

Our hours of operations are below. The hours and days of work depending on your role with a 40-hour workweek for full-time employment.

  • Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
