Job Title: Site Supervisor (ICI Construction)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/yr

Job Description Building on 45 years of construction excellence, our member is looking for a seasoned Site Supervisor to lead complex ICI projects with confidence, professionalism, and strong field leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead On-Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of ICI construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Schedule & Cost Control: Drive daily schedule performance, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate tradespeople and site personnel; foster a collaborative, safety-first culture.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce OH&S programs, conduct regular safety talks, and ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, inspectors, subtrades and internal project teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards; perform regular inspections and resolve issues promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7 + years supervising ICI construction projects, with a solid record of delivering on time and on budget.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with building codes, permit processes, and construction specifications.
  • Certifications: Gold Seal Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Procore, Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to make decisive, informed decisions under pressure and to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder liaison.
