PAL Airlines is currently seeking applicants for a Crew Planner position in St. John’s, NL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly crew pairings for Pilots and Flight Attendants within the PAL group
- Coordinate construction of monthly schedules with union scheduling committees
- Plan and administer crew vacation bidding
- Evaluate future schedules and provides feed back to commercial scheduling
- Post and award crew vacancy bids
- Coordinate and assist with administrative duties
- Assist during IROPs
- Mentor and train new schedulers and trainers
- Flexibility to assist with crew scheduling vacation and sick time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in organizing, evaluating, and planning airlines schedules
- Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
