You will be the analytical powerhouse behind our marketing efforts, responsible for everything from campaign management and SEO to content strategy and performance reporting. What You'll Do
- Marketing Strategy & Analytics:
- Translate marketing data from Power BI, Google Analytics, and other sources into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Develop and present clear, concise marketing performance reports to leadership.
- Digital Campaign & Content Management:
- Develop and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, focusing on optimizing for long sales cycles and reaching executive decision-makers.
- Draft and collaborate on compelling content (articles, social media posts) that speaks to our sophisticated B2B audience.
- Contribute to the overarching marketing and content strategy, ensuring all activities align with business development goals.
- Website & SEO Optimization:
- Drive our SEO strategy through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Regularly audit and review website content and functionality to ensure a best-in-class user experience.
- External Team & Resource Management:
- Direct and oversee the work of our external web team and virtual assistant, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Build and refine automated marketing processes to improve efficiency and support our business development pipeline.
Who You Are

An Experienced B2B Marketer:
You have 5-7 years of experience marketing professional services to mid-market B2B decision-makers
, and you are an expert at navigating long and complex sales cycles.

Design and Content Savvy:
You have a sophisticated eye for design and content, knowing how to craft messaging and visuals that resonate with an executive audience. Your persuasive and professional communication style is evident in your ability to review and edit copy for maximum impact.

Requirements

Paid Media:
Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Deep experience in SEO/SEM optimization and management (Moz is a plus)

CRM management experience (Pipedrive is a plus)

Familiarity with website development and CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress)

Core Tools:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (Canva)

Project Management:
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively.
