  • Validate that changes are implemented as approved and conduct post-implementation reviews for failed, emergency, or high-risk changes.
  • Develop and deliver change management metrics and compliance reports to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with IT support, infrastructure, and application teams, as well as business stakeholders.
  • Maintain segregation of duties and proper evidence retention in accordance with governance standards.
  • Identify control gaps, trends, and opportunities to strengthen change governance and reduce risk exposure.
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to change management processes.
  • Contribute to improving service reliability and reducing operational risk across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Change Management or IT Service Management.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL change management practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple changes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive control enhancements.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
