What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles (marketing, customer service, sales, finance, etc.)

• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling, inclusive job postings

• Use innovative sourcing strategies—social media, referrals, networking, and more—to attract top talent

• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and growth story

• Deliver a seamless, human candidate experience from first contact to offer

• Stay current with recruitment trends, AI tools, and best practices

• Lead onboarding and orientation to set new hires up for success

• Conduct check-ins with new team members to ensure smooth integration

• Continuously improve our employee experience programs

• Drive HR-related OKR projects and contribute to company-wide goals

What We’re Looking For

• Post-secondary degree in HR Management or similar

• 1–3 years of in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Strong storytelling and culture-fit hiring skills

• Experience using AI recruitment tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup

• Solid organizational skills, juggling multiple roles and projects

• Experience in high-growth, eCommerce, or construction-related industries is an asset

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (BambooHR ATS preferred)
