What You’ll Do
-
Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles (marketing, customer service, sales, finance, etc.)
-
Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling, inclusive job postings
-
Use innovative sourcing strategies—social media, referrals, networking, and more—to attract top talent
-
Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and growth story
-
Deliver a seamless, human candidate experience from first contact to offer
-
Stay current with recruitment trends, AI tools, and best practices
-
Lead onboarding and orientation to set new hires up for success
-
Conduct check-ins with new team members to ensure smooth integration
-
Continuously improve our employee experience programs
-
Drive HR-related OKR projects and contribute to company-wide goals
What We’re Looking For
-
Post-secondary degree in HR Management or similar
-
1–3 years of in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience
-
Strong storytelling and culture-fit hiring skills
-
Experience using AI recruitment tools
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
-
Solid organizational skills, juggling multiple roles and projects
-
Experience in high-growth, eCommerce, or construction-related industries is an asset
-
Familiarity with ATS platforms (BambooHR ATS preferred)
