Job Description: Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic
and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- Experience working with Indigenous culture/traditions/health
- Min. 2 yrs clinical exp. in opioid & alcohol withdrawal assessment
- Min. 2 yrs exp. in harm reduction strategies & conducting physical assessments
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Phlebotomy course
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in various mental health and addiction and harm reduction strategies
- Trained in current ASIST suicide risk assessment model

- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS

- Some assignments may require access to a vehicle for work.
