About the role

Supervisor, Demand Generation (18-month contract) - Hybrid

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and Revenue Operations, your team will be responsible for optimizing marketing automation and demand generation activities for a number of different lines of business.

Specifically, the team will be responsible for creating and executing programs that generate new subscribers and leads, engage existing customers, and deepen our understanding of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Demand Generation marketing team to administer the lead generation programs for Canon’s direct sales channels to achieve specific lead and sales metrics
  • Oversee B2C email engagement initiatives in conjunction with the sales, product, service and e-commerce teams, including segment identification, email campaign deployments, automated customer journeys, and subscriber growth programs.
  • Oversee the effective use of Canon Canada’s marketing automation platforms for functions including B2B lead management (acquisition, engagement, retention), program/campaign management, nurturing, and lead qualification processes
  • Lead the Demand Generation team in the development and execution of a first-party customer data strategy, integrating data from across various sources including Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce and Customer Service
  • Provide funnel and program / campaign reports and insights, as required, to key stakeholders

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Demand Generation/Marketing Automation
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory/team leadership role
  • Ability to manage time and projects
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations to management
  • Knowledge of CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, including filtering, sorting and entering information
