-Paid parking available on-site -Free street parking available nearby -Closest bus stop approximately a 15-minute walk -Guards are eligible for Courtesy Ride Initiative -Site Training includes 32 hours of training with cross-training across all shifts. Flexiable to train during the weekdays.

##Responsibilities for Health Centre Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

##Qualifications for Health Centre Security Guard

-Legally authorized to work in Canada -Valid Manitoba Security Guard License -Strong communication and customer service skills -Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations -Comfortable working in a healthcare environment -Ability to patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods -Use of Force training is an asset -First Aid Training is an asset
