As an ambassador at the information desk, you will be the first point of contact for travelers both in person and over the phone. Tasks
- Greet and assist travelers at the information desk.
- Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, efficient phone support.
- Identify travelers’ specific needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide information about flights, airport services, and transportation options.
- Handle special situations with calm and professionalism.
- Promote the range of services available at the airport.
- Use computer tools and available resources efficiently.
- Help create a “WOW” customer experience at every interaction.
- Perform any other related customer service tasks.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or front-desk environment.
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English) to interact effectively with an international clientele.
- Available to work shifts between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m.
