Centennial Nissan Charlottetown is seeking an automotive enthusiast and customer friendly Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.
NOW HIRING: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Centennial Nissan Charlottetown, Charlottetown, PE
HOURS: Full time, 40+ hours per week, Monday to Fridays. Rotation of Saturday morning as required.
WAGES: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour + benefits. Negotiable based on experience.

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
JOB TASKS:

Greet and assist customers friendly and professionally, in person and over the phone.

Document customers’ concerns and vehicle issues accurately.

Provide shuttle services for customers

Explain service options, costs, and timelines.

Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
-
Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
-
Keep clients updated on repair progress and address any concerns.

Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.

Collaborate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.

Handle warranty administration, including managing and processing claims with the manufacturer.
