About the role
Summary The Revenue Growth Analyst plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by analyzing pricing, trade investments, space allocation, pack-price architecture, and promotional strategies. This position supports the development and execution of RGM initiatives that optimize revenue, margin, and market share across channels and customers.
Primary Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, pricing, and promotional data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance against RGM KPIs.
Promotional Strategy & Optimization
- Evaluate promotional mechanics and frequency to optimize volume and margin across channels and customers
- Analyze trade investment effectiveness and recommend allocation strategies to improve ROI.
- Partner with Finance and Sales teams to ensure alignment on trade budgets and execution.
Assortment Analysis & Optimization
- Evaluate shipment, consumption, and syndicated data to construct a best-in-class assortment that maximizes WM and retailer sales and profit
- Adapt these recommendations to accommodate customer priorities, marketing initiatives, operational constraints, product launches and discontinuations
- Present recommendations to Customer Development and broker partners to enable sell-in. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure insights are acted upon
Pricing & Pack Architecture
- Support the design and implementation of pack-price architecture strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct elasticity and scenario modeling to assess pricing impacts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to ensure RGM strategies are embedded in business plans.
- Support annual planning and monthly performance reviews with actionable insights.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Growth, Pricing, Trade Marketing, or Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools; experience with Nielsen/IRI data preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
