Reports to: Production & Research Specialist
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Pay: $21–$22/hour
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our production and research team. This role focuses on data reporting, administrative coordination, and maintaining accurate production records to support day-to-day packhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support grower reporting by providing timely data and feedback
- Maintain consistent and accurate reporting processes
- Utilize and help optimize database/BI tools to deliver real-time production insights
- Oversee record keeping to ensure operational compliance
- Assist with data entry across multiple areas (packing, pricing)
- Coordinate with the Health & Safety team to maintain and update training documentation for packhouse activities
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience or exposure to data analysis tools is an asset
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Background in statistical coding such as R, Python, Matlabs or equivalent
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience working with databases or BI/reporting tools
- Previous experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing environments
