Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows, integrations, and automation that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for solution delivery.
- Provide technical expertise for projects and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA required, CAD and ITSM/HRSD preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
