Pacer Building Components (an Atlas Engineered Products company) is growing and looking for a GTA-based Sales Representative to support and expand our customer base across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a remote role with local travel within the GTA.

We are a fast-growing, publicly traded Canadian company supplying trusses, doors, and engineered wood products to residential and commercial builders across the country.

About the Role

You will manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial builder accounts, acting as a trusted technical sales partner. You’ll work closely with customers, design, and operations teams to deliver value-driven solutions for building projects.

This role is well-suited for someone with construction knowledge and consultative sales experience who enjoys autonomy and relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain customer relationships across the GTA
  • Support residential and commercial building projects from planning to delivery
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on engineered wood products, truss systems, and framing
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and internal teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market share
  • Stay current on building codes, products, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction/building materials preferred)
  • Experience with building components, framing, or engineered wood products
  • Ability to read architectural and structural blueprints
  • Knowledge of Ontario and National Building Codes
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
