We are seeking a driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're the type of person who thrives in a competitive environment, loves to hustle, and wants to win through driving growth and hitting targets, then we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Competitive drive to win
- Strong experience and successes in Sales
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, to connect with customers and close deals
- Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong Communication and people skills. Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
