JOB TITLE:
Sales Development Representative
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
In this role, you will take charge of your own pipeline, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Impact Cleaning can help them achieve their goals. This is more than just making sales calls; it’s about creating a positive and engaging experience from the first interaction. Head of Growth
DIRECT REPORTS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and nourish new relationships with prospects
- Maintain a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
- Coordinate with Head of Growth on new ways to attract clients and to clear any blockers of the process
- Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time
- Understand, meet and exceed targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical success factors
- Available evenings to hit call target, email nurture, attend events, and prospect if need be
- Attend one training/feedback session per week with SDR coach
- Prospect and research client’s website, LinkedIn page, and sales intelligence platforms to tailor outbound messaging
- Review companies and stakeholders assigned to find any missing info
- Assess engagement among prospects and companies
- Qualify prospects
- Set meetings for Executives and Operations Team to attend
- Handle Prospect Site Tours/Meetings when required
- Be available to spend days on the road prospecting and door knocking
- Be available to attend industry/company/prospect events after business hours, as needed
RESULTS EXPECTED:
- Call target per day is hit and tracked
- Target of qualified meetings booked per month is hit
- Stat sheet is updated by EOD and sent to SDR Manager
- All client interactions are properly documented in CRM
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
- Efficient with email, social direct messages, and texting
- Good over the phone
- Desire to learn sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes personal growth seriously
- Highly persistent when faced with objections
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed by SDR coach
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with social media platforms, CRM, and sales intelligence tools
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be great at presenting
- Excellent at building rapport
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Understands top tier sales motions and playbooks
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Lead and SDR Manager
- 6 months+ experience in an SDR/BDR role
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a Full-time role working in the field. Frequent travelling required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strength Guidelines
May need to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Motion Parameters
May be required to sit and stand for extended periods of time and have full range of motion
- Vision and Hearing Requirements
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Psychological Demands
May be required to solve problems and provide analysis to manager
