Reporting to the ownership and project management team, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage trades and materials, and maintain excellent communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized job site; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Perform continuous quality checks to ensure all work aligns with design intent and specifications. Monitor craftsmanship, alignment, sequencing, and installation techniques to protect the final fit-and-finish standard. Identify issues early, troubleshoot problems, and uphold high standards at every stage of the build. Coordinate material deliveries, trade sequencing, and site logistics. Collaborate with project managers on construction plans, schedules, and budgets. Communicate professionally with clients, architects, inspectors, and internal teams to keep all parties informed. Maintain accurate daily records of labour, materials, equipment usage, and site activities. Track project progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines, costs, or quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in custom residential construction and light commercial projects. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly during finishing stages. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and finish details. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate crews and guide trades.
