SOTI’s Cloud Infrastructure powers the hosting and management of customer environments, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer in Test to join our Cloud team and strengthen our quality-first culture. In this role, you will design and implement robust automated testing frameworks, validate large-scale distributed systems, and ensure our cloud services meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and performance. Your expertise will help drive innovation in how we test, monitor, and deliver smarter customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Automated testing of Web Pages and Web Applications

• Using, Configuring and Managing web test automation tools

• Develop test automation frameworks

• Design test cases to be either manually executed or automated

• Write automated tests (both black box and white box)

• Actively contribute to code reviews

• Validate that requirements and fixes meet acceptance criteria

• Verify defects and ensure appropriate automation is in place

• Perform exploratory testing of new features and product changes

• Advocate for quality of testing

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple technologies

• Work closely with a team of developers to reach defined goals and meet deadlines

• Commit to ongoing learning and development

• Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization

Experience You’ll Bring

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering software, with a strong focus on quality engineering

• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

• Hands-on expertise in automated testing of web applications and APIs

• Strong knowledge of automated test tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)

• Solid understanding of both White Box and Black Box testing techniques

• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow/Reqnroll

• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with C#

• Experience testing RESTful APIs

• CI/CD pipelines

• Git, Visual Studio

• Microsoft SQL Server

• ADO Test Plans

• Familiarity with Windows or Linux platforms
