ZayZoon is looking for a Group Product Manager to bring alignment, clarity, and momentum across our employer product pods. In this role, you’ll connect strategy with execution which will ensure the right priorities are tackled, the right people are collaborating, and the right outcomes are delivered. You’ll work closely with leaders across engineering, design, data, product marketing, and sales, while also guiding and evolving the ZayZoon product.
What you’ll do:
- Drive collaboration across teams, helping to balance trade-offs and keep complex initiatives moving smoothly
- Shape and oversee portfolio priorities, making sure we’re solving the most important problems for customers while creating real business value
- Represent the employer product group with senior leadership and external partners, communicating strategy, progress, and impact in a way that inspires alignment
- Mentor and develop Product Managers, setting clear goals, building confidence, and ensuring strong execution across the team
- Build and refine processes that make roadmaps predictable and actionable, always tying back to company-wide strategy and goals
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally within a SaaS or Tech environment
- Experience working cross functionally and collaborating with internal teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales
- Ability to design and optimize processes that bring structure and predictability to roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for any audience
- Proven ability to drive large, multifaceted projects to completion on time and with impact
