MPE , a division of Englobe, is seeking a Transportation Engineer at an Senior Level to join our team in our Calgary office.
This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of transportation and municipal projects, from roadway design and traffic improvements to community infrastructure and urban development. You’ll gain experience through all stages of project delivery, while contributing to solutions that make a real difference in the communities we serve. Your Main Responsibilities
- Support and manage a variety of transportation and municipal projects and support Junior Engineers
- Prepare cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Provide construction administration and site review services
What Makes You Unique
- BSc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
- Eng. designation (or eligibility for registration with APEGA)
- 10+ years of experience in Transportation or Municipal Engineering
- Strong understanding of general construction methods and practices
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Civil3D, contract administration, and construction site reviews considered an asset
- Experince with projects in Western Canada
