Who you are
- 4-6 years working with:
- Python/Django - expertise required
- JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks (React experience preferred)
- OOP
- Rest API/GraphQL experience (Apollo)
- Version control systems (Github)
- Work Management and Documentation using Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
- ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy)
- Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
- Caching technologies like Redis
- Experience designing and developing enterprise level software
- Multi-threaded applications
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability (New Relic/Sentry)
- 1-2 years working with:
- AI/ML
- General understanding:
- ANSI HIPAA transactions, (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.)
- Health Information Technology (HIT)
- U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards

- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to focus on our EverHealth products
- EverHealth a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable
- Our platform has been used by thousands of physicians who in turn have provided care to millions of patients
- Our products can be tailored to medical practices—small, large, or specialty—and are open to third-party innovation via APIs
- Our people and the enthusiasm for healthcare is contagious

- Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software
- Code, test and deployment of software
- Assist team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug free platforms
- Review pull requests
- Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement and retros
- Expand and maintain unit test coverage
