Senior Financing & Loan Analyst

Role Summary
Marcon is seeking a Senior Financing & Loan Analyst to support the financing and lending activities across our development and income-producing property portfolio. This role plays an important part in managing loan facilities, coordinating draw submissions, and maintaining disciplined lender reporting and covenant compliance. Working closely with Finance, Development, and project teams, the Senior Financing & Loan Analyst helps ensure capital is deployed efficiently and financing obligations are managed accurately across the portfolio.

The Opportunity In this role you will support Marcon’s financing operations by coordinating loan administration and lender communications across multiple projects and financing facilities. You will prepare draw submissions and supporting documentation, track covenant requirements, and ensure lender reporting is completed accurately and on schedule.
You will also contribute financial modeling and analysis that helps inform financing structures and capital deployment decisions. Working closely with the Finance, Development, and project teams, you will help maintain organized loan documentation, monitor financing performance, and strengthen the processes that support reliable and efficient loan administration.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in financing, loan administration, capital markets, or real estate finance
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience working with lenders, loan agreements, and financing documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing financial documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly with finance teams, lenders, and operational stakeholders
