NATURE OF THE WORK
The Project Development Officer plays a key role in identifying, designing, and delivering training and organizational development initiatives aligned with business needs. The Project Development Officer is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimal use of available resources. In addition, this position includes the following responsibilities:
- Act as the lead advisor for the development and positioning of training offerings focused on linguistic, digital, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses with client organizations to identify workforce and leadership development priorities.
- Identify required areas of expertise, source appropriate solutions, and develop tailored service proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and deliver training projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure ongoing follow-ups with clients and trainers, and implement quality assurance measures to continuously improve service delivery.
PARTICULAR RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO BUSINESS TRAINING SERVICES
Sales, management, and course development
- Canvass businesses and solicit company decision-makers.
- Assess company training needs and prepare training estimates according to standards.
- Coordinate the activities of trainers in the development of course content.
- Organize and coordinate all training logistics.
- Ensure and monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Representation
- Contribute to the visibility of Qualificaction in the business world.
- Work with various stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field;

At least five years of B2B sales experience (considered an asset);
-
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written (considered an asset);

Strong client focus;
-
Growth-oriented vision for the service.
