Client Intake Coordinator (Medical Services)
The anticipated schedule of this role is Monday-Friday, located at the Father David Bauer clinic. The Client Intake Coordinator will support the Return to Work Services team, working primarily with WCB referral sources and patients. Lifemark is seeking a driven individual that is motivated by improving rehabilitation and return to work in their community! As a Client Intake Coordinator at Lifemark you are the link between clients and referral sources. You are customer service focused, courteous, reliable and well organized. You have excellent time management skills and strong computer skills, including an intermediate level of skill using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills complimented by a strong command of the English language. You have the ability to multi-task with a high degree of confidence.
Your responsibilities include

Providing customer service and follow-up with referral sources to ensure case management and patient needs are met

Collaborating with external and internal resources to coordinate services and programming that are identified as part of a client service plan

Sending confirmation emails to clients to confirm appointment time and location

Contacting patients via telephone to arrange appointments in a time sensitive environment, as well as phone contact with referral sources.

Managing multiple clinic and clinician schedules in order to provide the most appropriate and timely care possible for clients.

Ensuring appropriate triage of client based on the medical information received, the services requested and the WCB contract
Qualifications
- Experience with WCB an asset
- Experience in medical office environment considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, written and oral communication skills highly important
