As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives across multiple segments. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching for excellence, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales strategy. This role is critical to scaling our go-to-market efforts and delivering predictable growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives (Enterprise, Mid Market, and Territory).
- Drive team quota attainment by providing strategic guidance and hands-on deal support.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide accurate team forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Report on performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Requirements
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing quota-carrying reps.
- Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT, etc.).
- Experience forecasting and managing pipeline across multiple sales segments.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical deal support.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Construction tech or adjacent industry experience is a plus.
