Join our Scotia Wealth Insurance Service Team and play a critical role in supporting advisors and enhancing the client experience across our in-force insurance portfolios.

As an Associate Insurance Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner to advisors, providing day-to-day support on policy servicing, analysis, and proactive policy management. From reviewing policy performance and identifying potential risks, to uncovering opportunities for new business and collaborating with Insurance Consultants, this role is at the heart of delivering exceptional service and strengthening long-term client relationships. You’ll manage a high-volume portfolio of in-force policies, act as a key point of contact for advisor/client inquiries, and help ensure seamless servicing aligned with compliance, risk management, and operational excellence standards.
