What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design engaging, effective training programs tailored to business needs.
- Develop dynamic instructional materials for both instructor-led and self-paced learning, using proven adult learning principles.
- Analyze learner needs to create targeted instructional strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
- Ensure training materials meet high-quality standards while delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Lead "train-the-trainer" sessions, equipping internal trainers with the skills and resources to facilitate impactful learning experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance courses based on feedback, industry best practices, and evolving business needs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training programs remain aligned with company goals and workforce development initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training development and facilitation in a business/field setting.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, and methodology, specifically ADDIE.
- Passion for leveraging cutting-edge e-learning tools such as Articulate 360.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity in graphic/visual layout design for training materials.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to travel when required to operating companies.
