What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design engaging, effective training programs tailored to business needs.
  • Develop dynamic instructional materials for both instructor-led and self-paced learning, using proven adult learning principles.
  • Analyze learner needs to create targeted instructional strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure training materials meet high-quality standards while delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Lead "train-the-trainer" sessions, equipping internal trainers with the skills and resources to facilitate impactful learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance courses based on feedback, industry best practices, and evolving business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training programs remain aligned with company goals and workforce development initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training development and facilitation in a business/field setting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, and methodology, specifically ADDIE.
  • Passion for leveraging cutting-edge e-learning tools such as Articulate 360.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity in graphic/visual layout design for training materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to travel when required to operating companies.
