Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, improving business processes and delivering Salesforce-based solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills who are passionate about CRM technologies.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to deliver CRM solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and UAT. Create process flows, BRDs and functional documentation. Assist with Salesforce testing, deployment and end-user training.
