About This Opportunity A new generation robotic process automation (RPA) technology now exists that will enable us to explore and drive efficiencies across the enterprise. The Process Automation Delivery Team operates within our organization to drive this new generation technology while working closely with Global Process streams and owners to maximize our capability and generate continuous improvement. This role is a part of the Process Automation Delivery Team and will be responsible for supporting new funnel requirements, completing the development workload, working with other regions and engaging the stakeholders through the development life cycle. Included in this role will be supporting the configuration and roll-out of the tool and process.

  • Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Good database management and computer skills.
  • Programming experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal clients.

Activities

  • Support stakeholder relationships and effectively obtain information from stakeholders to document requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders globally and accurately capture the information provided in a format stakeholders can understand.
  • Interacting with subject matter experts (SMEs) from all areas of the organization, this role must document solutions prior to build, creating transparency and adhering to audit controls in a highly scrutinized environment.
  • Operating within a team environment, this role works closely with local and international counterparts to share knowledge.
  • Automate existing processes using RPA software.
  • Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
  • Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
  • Candidate must be able to follow RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
