Operations Co-op
Status Hourly, Part time
Location: Concord, Ontario
Job Description Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations? Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we invite you to apply for our Co-op Operations Internship. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to support various aspects of our daily operations, contributing to the success of our organization.
Duration: 4 - 8 Month
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Support inventory management and procurement activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior internship or relevant coursework in operations is a plus.
