Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at our office. In this key front-facing role, you will manage our front desk operations, provide administrative support, and help create a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.
You’ll play a vital role in representing the Site 20/20 brand and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly for both our internal team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and assist with calendar coordination
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and supply ordering
- Assist HR, Operations, and other departments with onboarding, scheduling, or office coordination tasks as needed
- Ensure front office compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
