Job Description
Must-have requirements 5–8 years of experience working with creative agencies and leading email marketing initiatives. Exposure to the Agile methodology Expertise in driving performance growth across multiple dimensions and KPIs Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience in credit cards or the financial services industry knowledge of the marketing tech stack ( AJO, Responsys, Figma) Soft skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiastic team player who has an exceptionally keen eye for detail.
- Data-minded but with an eye for aesthetics.
- Comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing multiple strands of work with a willingness to take on additional projects as needed. Authentic, decisive, resilient, highly collaborative, and results-oriented
