Role and Responsibilities

• Working with all members of the team and management
• Following Toyota’s high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
• Driving the vehicle for testing purposes or using various equipment
• Isolating systems or components that may have caused vehicle problems
• Test and check systems and components to ensure they are secure and working properly
• Maintain a clean, safe work area before, during, and after vehicle servicing
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, communication & problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Punctual, accountable, and dependable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and competent with vehicle diagnosis and repair
• Valid 310S License in good standing
• Toyota Training & Certification is an asset
• Valid Class G License
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Ability to work with various diagnostic programs
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Positive and friendly attitude
