Title: Staff Software Engineer with AI
Location: Remote - able to start 9am EST time Duration: Permanent - Direct hire
Requirements
Professional software engineering experience, with a proven ability to design, build, and deploy production-grade systems. Demonstrated experience implementing AI features in SaaS products or enterprise applications. Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-driven applications using LLMs, MCP, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks. Strong background in system design, distributed systems, and API development.
Experience with cloud-native architectures
Proficiency in Python or .NET, with strong engineering fundamentals and code quality standards.
Hands-on experience with
- Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, etc.)
- Agentic frameworks (Pydantic AI, Agno, Parlant, or similar)
- Automation tools (n8n, dify.ai, Power Automate)
- LLM evaluation frameworks (Arize, DeepEval, IBM WatsonX, PromptFoo)
Experience with security and compliance in AI systems—including data handling, prompt injection mitigation, and access control. Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical AI concepts into business outcomes.
