Your Role

The Senior Total Rewards Consultant supports the Director of Total Rewards in the planning, continuous improvement, and execution of Medavie’ s wellbeing strategy.

Guided by our values of Caring, Accountable, Responsive, Innovative, and Community-minded, you will be the subject matter expert in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion. You will design and deliver initiatives that support the four pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental, financial, and social, while aligning with organizational goals and employee needs.

Through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative programming, you will foster a culture of wellness and engagement across the organization. You will also contribute to strategic projects that advance Medavie’ s wellbeing agenda and support EXCEL, our employee value proposition. A key part of this role involves supporting employees and leaders through all stages of the disability process to facilitate successful reintegration into the workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage the annual calendar of wellness initiatives aligned with Medavie’s wellbeing pillars and strategy.
  • Create, plan and deliver relevant and engaging content for various internal audiences to promote wellbeing resources and initiatives.
  • Administer the wellbeing platform and manage vendor relationships.
  • Analyze data and feedback to inform strategic direction and continuous improvement.
  • Support mental health initiatives for paramedics across specific operating companies.
  • Identify new opportunities using data, feedback, and trends.
  • Build business cases and lead end-to-end execution of approved projects.
  • Support employees and leaders throughout the disability process and reintegration.

What You Bring

  • Post-graduate certificate in Workplace Wellness, Public Health, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is considered a strong asset.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in workplace wellness or health promotion.
  • Proven success in designing and evaluating ROI of wellness programs and strategy renewal.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills. Must be comfortable in running committees and presenting at all levels.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
