TheCollaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Analystsupports the customer service and supply strategy within Hill’s Canada, with a primary focus on managing our customers fulfillment while aligning forecasts between Hill's and our key accounts. The role works closely with our local Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) Manager, as well as production, forecasting and customer service teams in the US & Mexico, to ensure service excellence, inventory health and effective issue resolution in day-to-day operations.This role will be based out of our Toronto head office.
What You Will Do:
Customer Engagement & Customer Service Coordination

Act as CS&L primary point of contact for the CDO, and customer team, providing insight into all CS&L customer KPIs, including but not limited to:
- PO Confirmation and Fill Rates
- Compliance charges (eg. PO Ontime, ASN Accuracy, Down Confirmation, etc.)
- Order analysis for maximum efficiency to both Hill’s and the customer
- Customer Inventory Reporting
- Assume leadership for any emerging CS&L activities

Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Development Organization (CDO) and CBS O2I to ensure alignment on customer requirements, promotional plans and supply plans.

Participate in monthly forecast discipline process to align on shipments and forecasts for key customers, ensuring consistency between Hill’s internal plans to customer expectations

Act as CS&L project lead for all Customer related system projects related to O2I, ASN, Compliance, etc.

Support New Product Planning (NPP) activities to ensure product availability at distributors , specially around new launches, transitions and discontinuations.

Serve as primary point of contact for customer service related queries from key accounts, providing timely updates, issue resolution, and proactive communication
Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Lead the monthly forecast gap alignment process, ensuring alignment between CDO and CS&L forecasts and identifying any gaps between sales expectations and supply capabilities
- Regularly review and analyze customer forecasts to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where necessary
- Investigate forecast and service-related issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with the CS&L Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on customer inventory levels, highlighting risks (e.g., overstock, out-of-stock) and proposing actions to maintain optimal inventory health
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy, demand planning processes, and reporting tools
Project & Systems Support
Provide business and testing support for key projects, including:

System upgrades and enhancements

Implementation of new tools and processes

New business opportunities or customer programs
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within CS&L and across functions focused on:

Process simplification
-
Data quality improvement
-
Better use of systems and analytics
-
Support documentation of process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of customer service, logistics, or supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CPFR, demand planning, supply chain, or customer service in a CPG, retail, or distribution environment is preferred
- Previously customer service or customer facing experience, ideally with key accounts or large retailers
- Proficient use of Google and Microsoft programs
- Bilingual in English & French
Compensation Salary Range $86,130.00 - $100,485.00 CAD per year
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and work or office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive Canada Inc. / Hill’s Pet Nutrition Canada Inc. offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
