Company Description Canadian Living Realty Inc., Brokerage is a growing real estate brokerage based in Thornhill, Ontario. We provide agents with a low-overhead, high-support environment, backed by in-house marketing, administrative, and operational resources to help them build sustainable, successful real estate careers.
Role Description We're looking for licensed real estate agents to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Agents will manage their own client relationships and transactions — including buyer and seller representation, listings, showings, and negotiations — while being supported by the brokerage's marketing and administrative infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for both new agents looking to build their business and experienced agents looking for a more favorable fee structure.
Qualifications
- Active registration with TRREB
- Valid real estate license in good standing
- Available full-time or part-time
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent book of business
