About Ghost Peak Cinema is a video and film production company specializing in commercial and corporate content. We partner with brands and businesses to create polished, professional video work, from client campaigns to investor-facing presentations, and we're looking for a motion graphics intern to join our team this summer.

The Roll We're looking for a motion graphics intern who can bring energy, precision, and a strong eye for design to a variety of client projects. This is a hands-on role with real client work from day one. Depending on performance and fit, there's potential for this to grow into a full-time position.

What You'll Do Create motion graphics for a range of commercial and corporate video projects Support the development of investor-facing video content Design and animate high-level kinetic typography Contribute basic 3D elements and animation to enhance video projects Apply strong graphic design fundamentals across deliverables Collaborate with editors and producers to bring projects from concept to final cut

What We're Looking For Strong motion graphics skills, with particular strength in kinetic typography Working knowledge of basic 3D animation/design Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Solid understanding of graphic design principles (typography, color, composition) A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant work Self-starter energy: comfortable taking a brief and running with it Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a film, animation, or design program (e.g., Vancouver Film School or similar) preferred

Compensation: $20.00 to $30.00 / hour
