ClearDent is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to fuel our pipeline growth through marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong technical skills and a creative mindset.
As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll take ownership of our lead generation efforts across email, social media, and content, while also managing our marketing automation platforms and website.
This is a full-time role based in British Columbia.

Responsibilities*

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive MQLs and sales opportunities.

Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot.

Collaborate on and manage audience data and segmentation to drive targeted campaigns.

Track and report campaign performance using HubSpot and Salesforce

Website & Landing Page Management

Create, update, and optimize web pages and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.

Collaborate with the team to ensure digital experiences align with campaign goals and brand standards.

Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization on web pages and CTAs.

Marketing Automation & CRM
-
Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing in HubSpot.
-
Ensure accurate lead tracking and campaign attribution in Salesforce.
-
Monitor funnel performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates.

Content & Social Media
-
Develop and manage content for blog posts, emails, landing pages, and social media.

Own the social media calendar and execution across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for lead generation.

SEO Management
-
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage technical SEO elements in collaboration with web developers.

Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console and make data-driven recommendations to improve visibility and conversion.

Design & Creative

Design engaging visual content such as social graphics, digital ads, and basic promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all marketing assets.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in HubSpot and experience with Salesforce.
- Proficient in WordPress and Elementor for web content management and page creation.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with SEO, paid media, and social marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools like Adobe Suite or Figma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in video editing or basic motion graphics.
- Advanced graphic design skills
- Experience in the dental industry
