About Us
7 years in business. 3x net profit growth in 2025. Bootstrapped, profitable, zero debt. We sell premium security cameras (~$500) across North America and we're launching multiple new products this year. We need someone to own the marketing for all of it.
We have a winning product line, proven ad accounts, and a customer base that keeps growing. What we need is a leader who can take what's working, optimize and multiply it — launch new products properly, build out email and retention, strengthen our brand positioning, and grow the team underneath them.
You report directly to the CEO. Full autonomy. Real budget. Your compensation grows as revenue grows, no cap.
What you'll own:
- Product launch marketing — every new product starts with you. Research the competitive landscape, define the positioning, direct the landing page, set the ad strategy, build the email sequences. One launch per month.
- Website and landing page strategy — you own conversion. You know why someone pays $500 over $150, and you build the page that makes that decision obvious.
- Paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google — you set direction and allocate a 5-figure monthly budget. You'll have budget to hire a performance specialist for daily execution.
- Email and retention in Klaviyo — we have the foundation, you build the machine that turns one-time buyers into lifelong customers.
- Emerging channels — affiliates, influencers, community, content, AI search optimization.
- Attribution and analytics — build the dashboards that tell the truth, not what platforms want you to believe.
- Your team — budget to hire multiple people. You choose who, you set priorities, you own their output.
Who we're looking for:
- You've personally scaled a DTC or e-commerce brand past $5M+. You drove the growth, not "contributed to a team."
- You think in buyer psychology, not just metrics. You understand what makes someone trust a $500 product from a brand they've never heard of.
- You've managed real ad budgets across Meta and Google — hands-on or by directing a team. You can audit an account and know what's wrong.
- You've built and led a marketing team of 3-5+ people.
- Physical product experience. You understand COGS, shipping, and how they affect marketing decisions. No SaaS-only backgrounds.
- You see marketing as an ecosystem — email, affiliates, community, content, influencers — not isolated channels.
- AI-native but independent. You use it daily and know when it's wrong.
Compensation:
- $8,000/month base
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to revenue — your pay scales directly with impact. Total comp reaches $12,000+/month as revenue grows. No cap.
- Equity conversation at 12 months
- Full ad budgets, hiring budget, and tooling
- Path to VP Marketing / CMO
